I am Happy to announce that New Airbus MCDU - PROVersion is ready!
Main features of the unit:
- USB Plug and Play unit with predeffined librariels for different aircrafts.
- Size: 148 x 230mm
- Fully backlighted.
- Power supply: 5V DC.
- Lcd screen resolution: 640x480.
- Inputs: VGA and Video.
- Software SkalarkiIOProfiler included.
Some discussions with sim firends, customers and real pilots gave me ideas how to improve my last proto version. Now after improvements my sim got two new MCDU units making my setup more complete. Soon once I have bit more time I will update A320-project section to show my latest stage.

Soldering SMD parts was a challenge but finally unit is ready. Backlighting works perfect. Tactile with built-in led's was a brilliant idea. Some tweeking will be done as always proto version needs them. I Had to turn lcd screen 180 degrees because view angle from top is much better than from bottom. I will redesign as well connectors bay to be more ergonomic.

Today I can show next part of the project, AIRBUS MCDU and this is last news befor my holidays!
Pcb is still not soldered but LCD is tested and I am very happy with displayed quality.

MCDU is a combination of some parts from used PS ONE and my own design and front panels. Presented version is in pretest phase as well. Front panels needs finishing as well as pcb for tactile buttons and illuminating elements.
