I've decided to not proceed with previous idea with PS1 screen, mainly because of displayed quality, which was far from acceptable. After long research I've sourced very nice screen for very good price. Quality of that screen is brilliant and size exaclty matching my specification. You can buy this screen from this link: 5" LCD.
As always I have designed remaining elements like pcb with connection to my I/O project, keyboard and buttons and LCD buttons panel. Because connecting cable is not to long I had to place LCD controller right under pcb. Small size of LCD controller in comparison to PSOne is much more easy to place in right place. Below you can see LCD controller, video input connections, power connector and LCD controll buttons panel.

Pcb is designed by myself but made by professional company as layout is very complicated. Some parts are SMD then soldering everything will be a challenge. I know that people are using simply I/O cards like OC with much simplier layout, but in my case all my project is based on my own I/O system. MCDU looks complicated but rest of the project is very easy to build and can be compared to FSBUS. Only one big difference between SKALAKI I/O and any other project is that my platform doesn't need any programming knowledge. Software configuration needs only few clicks and ready!
Most difficult was to design all parts in correct size and proportions. I know this is not exact replica of Airbus MCDU but for sure is very close. After laser cutting process I've painted panels and spend lot of time gluing buttons as they are made out of 2 parts, some of them out 3 parts. Buttons are backlightable and in connection with nice tactile with build-in led creating best backlight effect I've seen.
Laser CO2 which I'am using gives very good quality of cutting and engraving. Cutting can be done with accuracy ±0.3mm, and engraving can be done with up to 1000dpi. At the same time very important is to use correct material as on the market is available lots of cheap plexiglass and perspex variations. After lots of tests I found proper make and proper supplier but this something I will not disclose :)
Some pictures from engraving process.
